Bengaluru: Healthy café chain Yummy Bee has entered the Bengaluru market with the launch of three outlets, marking its debut in the city’s organised healthy dining segment. The new cafés are located in HSR Layout, JP Nagar and Koramangala.
Each outlet spans approximately 1,800 sq ft and offers both dine-in and takeaway options. The stores feature Yummy Bee’s range of sugar-free, gluten-free and preservative-free desserts, including Double Chocolate Brownies, San Sebastian Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Truffle Pastry, along with beverages such as milkshakes, bubble teas, coffee and mocktails.
The food menu includes millet-crust pizzas, pastas and sourdough breads, prepared using alternative ingredients such as millets and oats flour.
Commenting on the expansion, Sandeep Jangala, Founder, Yummy Bee, said the Bengaluru launch aligns with growing consumer demand for healthier dining options. The company plans to open five additional outlets in the city over the next three months.
Yummy Bee has raised ₹18 crore to support its Bengaluru expansion and has already invested ₹4 crore in setting up the three cafés and a production facility. The company expects revenues from Bengaluru to match its Hyderabad operations by the end of the current financial year.
Headquartered in Hyderabad, Yummy Bee currently operates 13 outlets in the city and runs a 4,000 sq ft base kitchen and R&D facility staffed by 40 chefs.
