Bengaluru: Artisanal lifestyle brand Jaypore, part of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL), has expanded its retail footprint in Telangana with the opening of its fifth store in Hyderabad. The new outlet is located at Lakeshore Gateway Mall in Kukkatpally, reinforcing the brand’s focus on South India as a key growth market.
The assortment features craft techniques such as gota patti, zardozi, zari, hand block printing, hand embroidery, Benarasi weaving and jamdani, adapted for contemporary, everyday wear.
Commenting on the expansion, Manu Gupta, Vice President and Brand Head, Jaypore, said the Hyderabad market offers strong alignment with the brand’s craft-led positioning and demand for culturally rooted products.
Alongside apparel, the store houses handcrafted jewellery and home décor featuring metal and surface crafts including Dokra, brass, kansa, thewa, bidri, tarakashi and marble inlay. The store follows Jaypore’s standard design format, with a minimal, craft-focused layout.
Jaypore currently operates around 40 stores across India and retails products spanning more than 30 Indian crafts through its physical stores and website. The brand also aggregates artisan-led labels on its platform and ships internationally.
